April is an exciting month on the London events calendar. The Cancer Research UK Boat Races

Sailing into spring with one of the fiercest rivalries in British history is the Boat Races. Giacomo Balla: Designing the Future

Moving from Britain to Italy, Estorick Collection’s new exhibition celebrates the work of Italian art master Giacomo Balla. The collection, titled Designing the Future, showcases 116 pieces on loan from the Biagiotti Cigna Collection, including many of Balla’s greatest futurist and modernist artworks, alongside a few rarely-seen paintings.

Queer British Art 1861 – 1967

For its latest exhibition, Tate Britain explores the themes of love and sexuality in the LGBTQ community through the works of leading artists such as David Hockney and Dora Carrington. The London Coffee Festival

England may be better known for its tea than its coffee, but that’s something The London Coffee Festival is set on changing. For two caffeine-fuelled weeks, around 100 exhibitors will gather at the Old Truman Brewery to show off their artisan brands and offer visitors insightful coffee-related experiences such as tastings, roasting workshops, latte art demonstrations, and much more.

The Virgin Money London Marathon is one of the hardest marathons in the world to get a space in, and for good reason. St George’s Day

Dedicated to the patron saint of England, St George’s Day is England’s national day. Celebrations are held across the capital to celebrate the country and its culture and traditions.
