Renzo, Renzo, Renzo! Have you had one of Antonio's cocktails? Unless you have you should not comment. They are best. The show! The style! AND the cocktail are amazing.

If you are reading this and you aren't Renzo, then go to the Egerton House hotel and have one. We live in the North East and this is one of our London treats! amazing.

cooling down the gin that way is no ggod really, and yes, you do want to "water it down" by adding soem ice in order to take the edgy sharpness off. if you want a ice-cold gin, just order that, an ice cold gin. ut this is a rather poor martini.
